| Please bring your videos, in the above listed formats, directly to the Fullnet Center or send them in by mail. |

Video Length, Data Capacity |

Due to limitations on the data capacity of our server, we ask that contributors limit individual video submissions to a length of five minutes or less. Videos should also be compiled in a format compatible with Windows Media Player. Please acknowledge that we will shave down large files and videos that require a large-sized screen. |

Standards for Video Selection
〜Videos that manifest any of the following conditions will be rejected. |
| (1) |
The unauthorized use of someone else’s video footage, in part or in entirety.
※ If you have permission to use the footage, you must provide written proof. |
| (2) |
The inclusion of material copied from commercial works of film, TV drama, anime, etc. |
| (3) |
The inclusion of material copied from terrestrial, BS, CS, or cable TV broadcasts. |
| (4) |
The use of footage in which the content of items (1)〜(3)appears in the background and occupies more than 1/4 of the screen. |
| (5) |
The use of BGM other than songs registered as “copyright-free.” |
| (6) |
The use of BGM other than songs registered as “copyright-free.” |
| (7) |
The use of content that slanders or defames a third party. |
| (8) |
The use of content that aims to promote political or philosophical beliefs. |
| (9) |
Video produced solely for the purpose of financial gain. |
| (10) |
Video that violates public laws and statutes. |
| (11) |
The use of content that violates public policy. |
| (12) |
Any other qualities that TV Shinshu Broadcasting deems inappropriate. |

Other |
| (1) |
In the event that a video is determined to be “unusable” we will return the video to the contributor along with a written explanation.
(In the case of cellphone videos, we will email a written explanation to the contributor but not return the submission.) |

Once a video has been judged “unusable,” the contributor may make adjustments to the work and re-submit it. If upon re-evaluation no further problems are found, we will post it. |
| (3) |
Please acknowledge that we will not field any objections to the outcome of the video evaluation. |
