LTD. established ITV Nagano to serve as beacon to the country and the world, publicizing Nagano’s tourism, events, sports, and regional information via the Internet. The television station operates out of the “Fullnet Center,” an urban development initiative that originated with the Nagano Olympic Games.   ■ Broadcast History Preliminary start: March 16, 2009 Official launch: April 1, 2009   ■ Production Facilities The studios, control room, and editing rooms located on the 3rd floor of the Fullnet Center constitute ITV Nagano’s production base. TV Shinshu staff members perform the bulk of the shooting and editing.
